I am a professional educator based in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. I have more than 30 years of experience in the field of education.

This I believe!

Every student and their parent(s) are of immeasurable value.

The best defense against disease is a healthy immune system. Healthy practices should include, nutrition, exercise, pure water, sunlight, temperance, fresh air, rest, and trust in God.

Young children learn best when at play. Older students need to be able to connect learning to real-life experiences.

Every child brings gifts to the classroom.

Discipline should always be redemptive in nature. My job as the school leader is to create a culture of mutual respect.
